Pricing:
All of our pieces are priced either by the carat or by price per strand. The pieces offered for sale
on this website are representative of the cost of a similar item, but there will rarely be uniform
prices among pieces containing gemstones. If a customer requests an item that is sold out, we
will notify the customer of the cost to replicate the item.
Customization:
All of our pieces can be adjusted to accommodate the style of our customers. Length, number of
strands and type of stones are just a few examples of typical changes a customer might like to
make. In addition, 14k or 18k white or yellow gold clasps can always be substituted for sterling
silver or gold filled clasps (or vice versa) as desired. Please email us at customize@therubydoor.com for specific pricing and availability information.
While some custom pieces can be turned around very quickly, please allow for up to an
additional three weeks for most customization.
Ordering Information:
All orders will be processed within 2-3 days. The Ruby Door accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover
and American Express. To pay for an order via check, please send item information along with
payment (including shipping) to The Ruby Door @ 15 Charles Street, Suite 1, Boston, MA 02114.
Items can also be ordered Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. by calling 617.720.2001.
Return Policy:
The Ruby Door wants our customers to have the best experience possible. If for any
reason you are not happy with your order, please return your item to us within thirty days of
your purchase and we will refund the full purchase amount, less shipping charges.
Customized pieces can be returned for a refund of the retail cost of the materials used to
design the piece, which in most cases will equal the purchase price.
Sales Tax:
All orders shipped to locations within Massachusetts will be charged a 5% state sales tax.
Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped within 1 day of processing.
The cost will vary depending upon location and the value of the item you are purchasing.
Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout and all orders can be tracked using
your tracking number on www.fedex.com. Fed Ex delivers to most locations within 4 days
of receiving the shipment.
Express shipping is available at an extra charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
